But when flaws emerge in his methodology, he puts his partners-in-crime and himself at risk of being arrested for kidnapping—or worse, getting caught by the cult leader they’re seeking.
Lab Rats

A brilliant but socially-inept scientist is hired to work at an esteemed chemistry laboratory in the early 2000s. When she discovers that her work is being used for sinister means, she needs to decide if she’s willing to jeopardize her career and her family’s careers in order to prevent her real findings from being buried.

Sara and John, intent on proving Willem is the murderer, gain access to the Van Bergen home through false pretenses. But when disaster strikes Willem, John reevaluates his assumptions of the Van Bergens. A new body appears in the Hudson River, causing a schism in the police department. Laszlo and Mary spend the day out, but work threatens to infringe on their time together.
Olympia

Children whose parents died in military action are taken from Olympia Military Base and used for experimental weapons research. The longest-kept subject is a recluse except for her friendship with the head scientist’s son, until the arrival of a new subject allows her to engage with the others. But when she learns that she belongs neither in the world of the subjects or the researchers, she discovers she can’t trust anybody regarding just what type of work they’re being used for.

When a freshman girl moves across the country to live with her estranged musician father for college, she discovers that the man who she thought was a deadbeat is actually a successful music agent. But when she tries to carve a name for herself in the Los Angeles music scene, she learns that her father has more influence over her fate—and her identity— than she thought.
